SALES TERMS AND SHIPPING: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover via PayPal. If you prefer to mail payment, a money order, cashier’s check, personal check or company check is also accepted. There will be a 5-day hold on a personal check before the merchandise is shipped.

SHIPPING: Allow 12 days for delivery from date of payment. ALL SHIPPING IS FREE OF CHARGE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Orders are shipped via either FEDEX or USPS. We will notify you via e-mail of the tracking number of your order.

TAX: IRISWORK, Inc. is a California-based company. State law requires us to collect sales tax of 7.75% on all orders shipped within California. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax. If you are ordering outside of California and sales tax appears on your order, please change the “Shipping” destination on the shopping cart before you submit your order.

RETURN POLICY: Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not pleased with the purchase, just repack the item in its original box and follow these steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service department via e-mail at sales@iriswork.com. Provide your name, order number from the original packing slip, and the reason for the return.

2. We will e-mail you a return authorization number (RAN). We will not process a return without the return authorization.

4. Send the package via FEDEX or insured USPS Priority Mail.

5. Upon receipt of the returned item. We will be happy to exchange or refund your account less the actual shipping and handling within 30 days of your purchase.
